Examples: onboarding of new employees, career orientation and leadership engagement; · Support the succession planning process (technical and expert), as well as talent reviews according to the current HR cycle; · Support the Human Resources team in tracking of work permits, performance improvement plans, diversity & inclusion, talent acquisition, and in managing documentation (SharePoint, shared drives). During your internship, you will learn: · SAP SuccessFactors and sharpen your 365 office skills · To better use your communication, adaptability, responsibility and problem-solving skills; · The process and activities of recruitment: sourcing & screening CVs, telephone screening, and planning interviews; · To analyze and synthesize data in order to present it to executives How to thrive in this role? · You are completing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Industrial Relations, or other relevant field; · You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software in a Windows environment with strong abilities in Excel; · You are a great team player and possess good interpersonal skills; · You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both official languages (English and French) to communicate with international teams; · You are thorough and meticulous; · You are organized and well structured; · You have a positive outlook and an approachable demeanor; · You are able to maintain strict confidentiality when required.
