(Sr.) Corporate Tax Manager (80-100%) In this function you act as a trusted partner to the corporate tax team, and you will especially support the Head of Corporate Tax in various tasks/issues. You will support the review and coordination of global tax reporting and provisioning as part of the year-end close process, collaborate with local accounting teams to enhance the quality and consistency of tax accounting data and take responsibilities regarding deferred tax calculations and tax rate reconciliation. You will assist in the collection, validation and preparation of data for Pillar 2 (OECD GloBE) compliance purposes. Further you will identify/take part of process improvements in group-wide tax reporting procedures and provide support in ad hoc Corporate Tax projects (e.g. process design, technical analysis, internal documentation. We are seeking a sympathic, reliable Corporate Tax Specialist with relevant university degree (Tax, Accounting, Finance) and solid professional experience (minimum 5 years) in corporate tax accounting, ideally within a multinational environment and ev. BIG 4 experience. You offer proven expertise in IFRS tax accounting, including deferred taxes (IAS 12 and IFRIC 23), prior exposure to Pillar2 (OEDC GloBE) requirements or similar regulatory frameworks is a strong asset. You are able to work independently and manage priorities during peak periods. You gained several years of experience in similar positions in working with local/international accounting teams across multiple jurisdiction and are used to industry IT Standards (especially SAP, Cognos and Excel). You are an open minded person with strong analytical/review skills and are business fluent in English, good German skills are, as other languages, of advantage.
