Your tasks Consult internal business and IT stakeholders on modern workplace services Lead the workplace community to assess needs, promote adoption, and improve user maturity Define workplace journeys, user stories, rollout strategies, and ensure lifecycle and security compliance Align workplace and end user service strategy with organizational goals and collaborate with business units, architecture teams, and external partners to design sustainable solutions Provide leadership in requirement engineering and solution design Create technical documentation, user guides, and training materials Manage workplace projects using agile methodologies Stay updated on technology trends and recommend innovations Your Profile Higher education in computer science or relevant business IT certifications (HF, FH) 5+ years of experience in end-user services and workplace management Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, Intune, Active Directory, ServiceNow) Proven track record in designing and delivering modern workplace projects Microsoft 365 certifications are a plus Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style Excellent communication and negotiation skills Fluent in English (written and spoken) We offer We offer an attractive position in a global and dynamic company.
