Business Development Manager Business Development Manager Poland, Warsaw SpotLIGHT of the job By joining our team as a Business Development Manager, located in Warsaw, you'll conduct market research, promote our brands, and support the sales team in regional marketing efforts. You'll manage communications, campaigns, and the marketing budget, while generating sales leads and achieving individual sales targets through direct engagement with stakeholders. Responsibilities Perform market research and define new opportunities within targeted segments. Market and promote the Group Brands and support the sales team in all marketing related activities in the region. Support and participate actively in marketing activities by attending trade fairs, conferences and other events. Manage all marketing communication including press relations, campaigns and promotions. Build marketing strategy and roll out of central marketing initiatives. Allocation and coordination of marketing budget. Provide communication, product information and application know-how to internal and external stakeholders. Sales Lead Generation - bring new sales leads through direct meetings and communication with stakeholders. Responsible for individual sales target which can be achieved with individual sales as well as closed leads by sales. You have a good understanding of technical solutions, most preferably from other technical solutions business, with relevant experience in marketing or sales role. Experience or educational background in architecture will be considered as an advantage. You have strong network among architects and investors. You are a great communicator and public speaker with excellent presentation and negotiation skills. You are a natural relationship builder, ready to be active on the market and perform meetings with architects and investors. You have a curious and extroverted mind with a desire for continuous improvement and development. You have a full professional proficiency in Polish and very good English skills.
