SpotLIGHT of the job
You will join Customer Service SCM team that is extended/direct link of Internal Sales into the headquarters with full understanding and complete overview of the market-specific framework. Customer Service SCM is responsible for c onsolidating all product availability information across the end-to-end value chain into a global order book. This ensures accurate insights and projections, enabling effective management of availability from purchase orders to sales orders.
Responsibilities
One voice to the customer – you are single contact partner for internal sales for all questions / uncertainties related to customer orders as well as contact partner for internal stakeholders (e.g. procurement, operations, …) Proactive customer information/communication about updates in customer orders (confirmed date, quantity, etc.) or missing data/information required for on time delivery (KPI OTD) Alignment with major stakeholders along the supply chain (plants, procurement, CPD, etc.) in order to ensure on time delivery (KPI OTD) Proactive escalation management and agreement with internal sales regarding delivery priority setting Regular meetings with internal sales in order to be able to react very quickly on changes and challenges in the market environment. Position holder has detailed know how about the most important KPIs per market: OTD, projects, net sales,… Supports internal sales in keeping the order book always up to date – base for every priority setting and process optimization Process optimization in close alignment with other functions in order to meet customer requirements more efficient and effective, including process documentation
Skills & Experience

Customer service experience within a globally acting company (not mandatory) Very good process know how and ability to determine correlations / dependencies in processes along the overall supply chain Very good English language skills MS Office proficiency and SAP know how Strong customer focus with a solution-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills , active listening, and patience . Self-motivated and well-organized , able to navigate complex environments with shifting priorities while maintaining a flexible and precise working style.
