Field Services Engineer Field Services Engineer Poland, Warsaw SpotLIGHT of the job By joining our team as a Field Services Engineer, located in Warsaw , you will be performing field services and manage on-site commissioning of control systems and solutions, handle emergency or partner-absent commissioning, and oversee external technical services for TurnKey projects. You will also manage project handovers from Sales, coordinate deliverables, conduct site inspections, and ensure quality control and invoicing. Responsibilities Performing field services , in particular on-site commissioning of control systems and solutions from our portfolio. Execution of commissioning when partners are not available or in case of emergency. Ordering of Technical services from external partners for projects which are in your TurnKey field of work. Turn key project management and taking over projects from Sales Representatives from order confirmation onwards. Arranging deliverables/contract preparation/tracking and aligning of goods and services. Location inspection and collection of information from End User or intermediate companies. Preparing and securing acceptance protocols with clients and/or contractors. Quality control and invoicing of service in total. Taking part in all technical trainings. You have technical educational background (electrical, low voltage, electronic) and at least basic experience in controls and lighting. You are able to perform commissioning of basic systems (Litecom/eBox, CCx etc.) and have electrical engineering certification (SEP). You are a great communicator and have good problem solving skills. You have the ability to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and encounter challenges with a positive attitude. You have a curious mind with a desire for continuous improvement and development. You have full professional proficiency in Polish and very good English skills.
