We’re looking for an HR Digitalization Manager, located in Porto, to support the global integration of SAP SuccessFactors and drive our HR technology strategy forward. In your role you will be part of the global HR team and collaborating with HQ of the Zumtobel Group in Dornbirn, Austria. Working closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders worldwide, you will ensure seamless implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of our HR systems. Responsibilities Work closely with the project lead for the SuccessFactors integration and with our headquarters in Austria to support the global implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors together with our external implementation partner and Corporate IT, ensuring seamless integration and smooth collaboration across all HR digitalization initiatives. Bridge the gap between HR and IT, translating HR needs into system solutions while ensuring technical feasibility and efficiency. Drive digital HR transformation by identifying opportunities to automate and streamline HR processes. Take ownership of projects, managing multiple interfaces across the business, regardless of the provider. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all HR systems. Provide training & support to HR teams worldwide, enabling system adoption and best practices. Skills & Experience We encourage you to apply even if you do not meet all the requirements. You have experience in digitalization in general, preferably HRIS management, or HR IT project management (SAP SuccessFactors or other international HR Systems, e.g. Workday, Oracle HCM etc.) You have strong technical understanding of HRIS platforms and system integrations. You are able to translate HR needs into digital solutions while managing technical complexity. You are organized, motivated and ready to bring project management expertise with experience in global implementations. You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align HR, IT, and business leaders. You are highly fluent in English, both spoken and written.
