Responsibilities
Assess Organizational Structures: Evaluate the current structure and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, collaboration, and overall effectiveness across the organization. Design & Implement Organizational Changes: Develop and refine structures, teams, and roles to align with business objectives, ensuring flexibility and adaptability as we grow. Strategic Workforce Planning: Work closely with leadership to create a workforce strategy that supports business goals, promotes diversity, and ensures a sustainable future. Enhance Workflows & Decision-Making: Assess current workflows and decision-making processes, offering recommendations for improvements to enhance performance and communication. Lead Change Management Efforts: Guide the organization through changes with thoughtful communication and support, ensuring smooth transitions and lasting impact. Collaborate with HR & Other Teams: Partner with HR and other departments to align talent strategies with organizational design, helping to optimize performance and development. Support Training & Adaptation: Provide training and guidance to help employees and leaders embrace new ways of working and adapt to evolving organizational changes.
Skills & Experience

Education & Experience: You have a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in organizational design, workforce planning, or change management. Skills & Expertise: You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience using tools and methodologies to assess and design organizational structures. Collaboration & Leadership: A natural collaborator who excels in cross-functional teams and works effectively with key stakeholders to drive meaningful change. Adaptability & Project Management: You thrive in dynamic environments and can manage multiple projects while adapting to changing business needs. Communication: Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of German is an advantage, but not a requirement.
