Pricing Administrator Pricing Administrator Belgrade, Serbia - Full Time SpotLIGHT of the job By joining our team as a Pricing Administrator , located in Belgrade , you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of pricing strategies within the North-East Cluster of the Zumtobel group (CEE and NORDIC regions). This role involves analyzing customer value perceptions, competitive pricing, and product differentiation to ensure profitable pricing decisions. Responsibilities Assist in developing and executing value-based and feature-based pricing models that align with customer needs and market trends and at the same time maximizing profitability. Support the implementation of feature-based pricing , ensuring premium products are priced based on their technological advantages and unique benefits and following the Waterfall pricing model. Maintain and update price lists based on product enhancements, cost changes, and competitor movements. Work closely with sales and product teams to communicate value-driven pricing rationales. Monitor and analyze pricing performance, identifying gaps and opportunities for margin optimization. Assist in special pricing projects, promotional campaigns, and discounting frameworks. Provide support to Zumtobel Group Global Pricing tasks and processes. Skills & Experience We encourage you to apply even if you do not meet all the requirements. Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or related roles. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and/or pricing software . Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems such as SAP, Salesforce. Understanding of value-based and feature-based pricing principles . Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Proactive attitude, with strong willingness to develop and learn . Full professional proficiency in English is a must, both spoken and written.
