Great campaigns don’t happen by chance — they happen through strong coordination. As a Project Campaign Lead (m/f/d), you transform marketing ideas and business requests into well-structured digital campaigns that move from concept to successful launch. Acting as the key connector between stakeholders and our Digital Channels experts, you bring clarity, momentum, and alignment to every campaign.
Responsibilities
Campaign Intake: Collect and clarify marketing campaign requests from stakeholders such as Sales, Product Management, and Regional Marketing, ensuring goals, timelines, and target audiences are well understood. Brief Development: Translate stakeholder requests into clear campaign briefs defining scope, deliverables, timelines, and required assets for the Digital Channels team. Cross-Team Coordination: Organize and facilitate planning sessions with MarCom and digital channel specialists to align on campaign scope and execution approach. Delivery Coordination: Act as project lead during campaign execution by coordinating teams, tracking timelines, and ensuring smooth collaboration between stakeholders and digital experts. Launch Readiness: Monitor campaign milestones, asset availability, and approval processes to ensure campaigns are ready for launch. Campaign Review: Facilitate post-campaign feedback and documentation to capture insights and continuously improve campaign coordination processes.

Professional Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, project coordination, or a similar role in a digital or international environment. Digital Marketing Knowledge: Good understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign structures across platforms. Stakeholder Management: Ability to work confidently with multiple teams and stakeholders while maintaining alignment and clear communication. Organizational Skills: Strong planning and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Collaboration Tools : Experience working with project management and collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Jira, Trello, or Asana. Language Skills: Fluent English with confidence communicating in an international business environment.
