SpotLIGHT of the job
We are seeking for an all-star Area Sales Manager who is well connected in the lighting industry customers around the Andalucia region. We would ideally find someone who is capable of and experienced in working across all the categories of trade & distribution as well as with installers, consultants and contractors.
Responsibilities
Creating new business channels and opportunities by developing relationships with customers across the Andalucian region. Establish long-term relationships with the wholesalers, distributors, electrical contracting companies and other lighting related customers. Monitoring and analysing the market and competition including identification of new market potential and follow-up of business opportunities. Taking ownership of your personal sales budget to deliver results, achieve profit and meet your sales targets. On-site monitoring of projects to ensure the highest quality customer service.
Skills & Experience
An understanding of the lighting, construction or building services sector with relevant experience in a sales role. A proven track record of profitable long-term business partnerships and strong commercial mind-set. A great communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills. A natural relationship builder who works closely with colleagues to ensure that the customer is at the heart of everything you do. The ability to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Encounter challenges with a positive attitude and have an interest in technology.
