We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our team in Belgrade and provide first-level support to our Sales teams across the CEE region. This role will focus on Customer Service (Order to Cash process) and Customer Care (Claim handling) while closely cooperating with our Global Sales Operations team. Responsibilities
Sales Operations & Process Optimization - Standardize and optimize sales processes for greater efficiency, implement new processes while creating guides and videos, and analyze performance and data quality reports to support decisions. Collaborate with the Global Sales Operations team for process alignment. Customer Service & Order Management - Act as the main contact for order processing and logistics. Ensure smooth execution of the Order to Cash process and resolve order issues by coordinating with internal teams. Customer Care & Claim Handling - Manage customer claims and inquiries, ensuring timely resolutions, while working with logistics, finance, and sales teams to resolve concerns. E-commerce & Digital Sales Enablement - Support the development and launch of new e-commerce markets in CEE and manage portal promotions and assist in market planning. Software & Tools Management - Optimize CRM (Salesforce), ERP (SAP), and SAC (MySales) tools and ensure data accuracy and system efficiency. Training & Workshops - Support training for sales teams on systems and best practices and conduct workshops to improve understanding of sales tools. Onboarding & Offboarding - Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth access and perform CRM data cleansing during offboarding. Pricing & Product Portfolio Management - Assist in maintaining pricing structures for the product portfolio.
Skills & Experience

You have University degree in Computer Science, Economics or similar. You have experience in Sales Operations, Customer Service, or Order Management. You have strong understanding of the Order to Cash process and customer claim handling. Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce), ERP (SAP), and analytics tools (SAC – MySales) is a plus. Your knowledge of Microsoft Office tools is on advanced level (Microsoft Excel in particular). You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills to support sales teams effectively. You are able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams . You are detail-oriented with strong analytical and reporting skills . You are highly fluent in English ; additional CEE region languages are a plus.
